Coaching Program Agreement

Coach will provide individual coaching sessions delivered remotely via a meeting link, with between-session support and integration practices as agreed. Services are life coaching and emotional support — not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. Coach cannot diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, please call 988.

Session dates and times are scheduled upon enrollment and confirmed by the Coach. Sessions are held online via a meeting link. Client is responsible for a reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for confidentiality.

Client agrees to pay the total investment for the selected coaching container (e.g., The Catalyst Foundation, The Alquimia Vessel, or The Magnum Opus) as outlined on the invoice. If a payment plan is selected, Client authorizes automatic monthly charges on the agreed schedule. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a live coaching session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice (no-show), will be forfeited and deducted from the session bank. Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of an emergency.

Coach does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Coaching does not replace professional mental health care. If clinical issues or safety concerns arise (e.g. active suicidal ideation, self-harm, or imminent risk), Coach will pause coaching and recommend appropriate licensed professionals or emergency services.

Sessions and client information are treated as confidential and stored securely. Coach will not disclose information without Client consent except where required by law or to secure emergency assistance. Coach may keep brief session notes for continuity of care.

Client is responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and results. Client agrees to engage honestly and communicate concerns. Client affirms they are able to participate in coaching and will notify Coach of any mental health professionals currently involved in their care.

Coach makes no medical, therapeutic, or financial guarantees regarding coaching outcomes. Client agrees that participation in Free Your Mind / Alquimia Coaching is voluntary and releases Coach from any and all liability arising from personal decisions, actions, or results.

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches material terms. Coach reserves the right to terminate coaching immediately without refund if the client engages in abusive, threatening behavior, or if clinical/medical needs arise that exceed the scope of coaching.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
